Children's Story: by

They came one morning quite without warning
Like a swarm of malodorous bees.
Arriving in droves the army of cloves
Were transported upon a light breeze.

All kitted out with some sort of spout
And a strange black plunger device.
The thick Garlek cloud was watched by the crowd
As the smell cleared a path in a thrice.

When they finally spoke it seemed like a joke
But they claimed they'd take over the world.
"Intoxicate.....intoxicate!"
Then the whole cunning plan was unfurled.

The people just stared, they just weren't prepared
For the force of the dense garlic haze.
The Garlek Invasion with pungent persuasion
Controlled everyone with their gaze.

All but one being, who far from caught fleeing
Was eager to put up a fight.
She started to peek,in her bag she did seek
And an air freshener came into sight.

Making her way she started to spray
The fragrant aroma worked fast.
Garleks were falling and lay there all sprawling.
So now they're a thing of the past!
