Sheila Helliwell's writing started when she began writing bedtime stories for her children, Sheila realised the story content made a big difference to children's enjoyment and learning and carefully wrote her stories to help her own children's development.
Sheila (shown left with her character "Magic Murphy") is determined to help with children's literacy in her position as Story Editor at Childrens-Stories.net and has contributed her successful stories below for parents and teachers to provide enjoyment and stimulation to help develop children's imagination and interest in reading. Sheila is a British citizen, residing in Larnaca, Cyprus where she continues to write and work through the internet.
