Children's Story: by

All was silent; as the air began to thicken the velvet snow touched the ground.
Shimmering angels sing in the background as the stars twinkle over the valley.

Can you hear the music play as Santa Claus comes rushing through on his sleigh?
In the starry sky he smiles, looking down at his list.
Who's been good, who's been bad, a mystery waiting to be found.
As he looks at his list he reads out the names and magic begins.

The stars twinkle to witness the event; they look down on Santa and his glorious red sleigh.

As he reads the names out, come the children from their beds, floating in mid air, flying with their teddy bear in hand.

Dreaming, they are now wide awake to see Santa's big jolly face

As they bounce up and down in the air the children smile, and can't believe what they are seeing, for seeing is believing and now they are here.

Santa said, "Well done, you are the chosen children who will ride in my sleigh.
All year you have been good and now you deserve to drive my sleigh."

As they fly up through the air, without a whisper or a care, they come to each person's house and drop their presents down the chimney.

As the night draws to an end Santa thanks them and gives them one last treat, a present for each child.
Even the teddy bear gets a present!

Then he wishes them "Good night" and rides back out through the air on his empty sleigh.

Magic, "Ho Ho Ho" he chants, and then disappears through the foggy air.

A Merry Christmas to all Children
